I created Alpha Females Northwest to support anyone interested in achieving their physical health, mental health, or overall wellness goals including those struggling with addiction issues. I am a mother of four and have recovered

from multiple drug addictions, multiple chronic physical ailments (such as severe obesity, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and degenerative joint disease among others), and several debilitating mental health diagnoses. My case was meticulously documented over 21 years with a 1300 page medical history. My major transformation from extreme degeneration to Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach and Sober mother of four stands as inspiration to all who feel lost or hopeless. Alpha Females Northwest is a nonjudgemental community where wellness goals can be discussed and supported.
