Creeping back onto social media after a year 👀. I went quiet to watch the non-toxic conversation play out and write something useful about it. The course launches this Monday, it’s free, and there’s a giveaway, because I want your feedback. Everything’s at the link. See you more soon!

Hi! I’ve been working on the Kitchen Cabinet part of the upcoming “Look Inside” section of Interior Medicine. It’s not about cabinets themselves, but what you find in them— including pots and pans. Oh my gosh, it’s created all kinds of bunny holes of work for me. In the best way! I like the deep dive and taking difficult information apart. There is an incredible amount of nuance when it comes to metals, the state they’re in, the coatings on them, and exposure routes. I want it to be useful, balanced, and smart, so you can make informed decisions about cookware (and other things in the kitchen cabinet). Anyway, that’s what I’ve been doing! Sign up for the mailing list if you’d like to know when I open it up. Or, you can check my website every single day! Haha. Ok. Bye!

Vacation bongles your brain around in the best way— my favorite ideas always come when I’m not trying.

I just got home from a super fun family wedding followed by a short trip to NYC to “decompress” (haha) — SO much art and architecture and indulgence in food and bevs! I’d never been to the Met before (last photo) and was so creatively inspired, I will now be rating all the healthiest Egyptian artifacts for your home on my website.

Just kidding 😝. But, I am excited to add more things and grow! Hope you had a lovely week, and happy Friday 🤍.

I feel like the unimpressed female bird when water filter brands blast “99.999% HEAVY METAL REDUCTION!” at me. I want to see testing data— including who tested it, what contaminants were removed at what %, and the big one— how long, or how many gallons, that removal % works for. Turns out, having these requirements really narrows the field. I have the Under Sink filters that meet all 3 up on my website today! 🦚🐦‍🔥🦩

I’ve wanted to add a “HOT DEALZ” section to my website for a long time, and since I needed a little break (procrastination!) from rating lots of water filters (more coming soon), I made it happen today.

Hot Dealz include:
➜ Most Affordable from each category
➜ Discount Codes for year-round use
➜ Sales happening now

To balance out my unprofessional use of the word “DEALZ” I also added a “Strategies” page.

Strategies include:
➜ Top 5 Places to Start
➜ What I Use in My Home
➜ Learning Resources

Woo! All on my site at the link, and I’ll make story highlights too! 🤍
