Greetings Sweet Souls ~
I am growing in awareness of the importance of protecting one another and honoring our physical, mental, and spiritual health. Instead of meeting in my home office, we are being given an opportunity to expand our awareness of how to be present with one another. I invite you to participate in sessions with me from a quiet and private place in you're home, from your car as you sit overlooking a valley, from a parking place beside the city park lake, or on a chair in your garage! We can meet using Zoom, Facebook video messaging or speak on the phone. I promise you will enjoy tremendous benefits during this process. I am very familiar with zoom, fb chat and phone as a means of communicating.
If you are able, call me a few minutes prior to the time we had planned to meet in my studio office. We will set up our procedure and then have our session when we're both comfortably in our new space.

I've had this conversation with several people this week. The idea that life would be better if only ___________ were different. We push against rather than accept WHAT IS. WHY?????

Because in order to get where you want to go you need to be honest with yourself about where you are.

Let me repeat that - you need to be honest with yourself about where you are... now... in the present time... as the person you are now.

I did not say you have to understand why you did all the things you did in the past... or waste any more time agonizing about what might have been if only...

I work with my clients to get a clear understanding of where they are now, their current strengths and skills ( YES YOU HAVE MANY) and letting go of old patterns that no longer serve them - including releasing shame and guilt. Once this is competed we begin to design the map for transforming into the person you want to be with the life you want to live.
