Being alive on this planet right nowโฆhaving our eyes openโฆand witnessing what is happening in the world requires all of us, all of the time. The world is loud, crying out, screaming out, in fact.
If we are going to sustain, keep our vision clear, keep fighting the systems of oppressionโฆtaking a beat and stopping every now and then to really clear the windshield is vital. Sinking into deep relaxation - wherever and whenever you can - not only feels good, but is the medicine we need to keep us moving forward.
Come let your spirit EXHALE while you sink deeply into the now, nourishing and fortifying your cells as they relax so deeply with ethereal sounds paired with healing touch.
Sound will be faciliated by myself and will utilize Crystal Singing Bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, and nature-based instruments and sounds.
