Maybe you’ve been thinking about therapy, but the idea of an open-ended commitment doesn’t feel like what you need right now.
Maybe there’s something specific you’re ready to tend to or simply the feeling that something in your life is asking to shift.
The Return to Self is a 3 month commitment to yourself.
We'll@create intentional space to slow down, get curious about the patterns and protective parts shaping your experience, and begin moving toward meaningful change.
This may be a good fit if you:
• want to experience therapy without committing to long-term, open-ended work
• have a specific area of your life you’d like to explore more deeply
• feel stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but haven’t been able to shift
• are navigating a transition, ending, beginning, or season of change
• are craving dedicated space to reconnect with yourself
My approach is warm, relational, somatic, and informed by Internal Family Systems.

I go through seasons of life where I come back to the cards and the practices I once relied on daily to move through life. Mostly it happens now when I'm in a season that reminds me I am only human and actually have no control over most things. To me it's a practice of remembering to surrender to the Universe and I'm grateful to have friends who remind me to do so when I feel unsure. I'll be taking these messages with me throughout the day as a grounding source when my mind wants to worry or ask what if. It helps me feel into my Self with a capital S and move from that centered place. Happy Wednesday ya'll 🫶🏼

Shout out to my fellow sensitive, deep feelers out there. Sometimes all you need is a soft place to land so I'm opening a few spaces in my schedule. I love supporting women in feeling more agency over their time and energy. I'm always here for the perfectionists, the strivers, and the over-achieving eldest daughters who feel burnt out and are never doing enough. Send me a DM or email me to schedule a free consultation call. The peace you deserve is possible.

This photo came up as one of my featured today, it felt like a hello from my late horse Cannoli. I'm sharing because I think it's a testament to the resilience of the heart. It expands, it breaks, and it heals and decides to expand again and again. Choosing to love another is a great act of courage. Maybe take this is a reminder that where you are now is not where you were and not where you will be...

There are parts of us that want healing to happen faster and dare I say, perfectly?

I'm very familiar with perfectionistic parts, my own and my clients. They're the ones that believe if we just push a little harder, try a little more, get it juuuuust right, we’ll finally arrive somewhere better. And we so badly want to be somewhere better.

But healing doesn’t happen on demand and definitely doesn’t happen when we push ourselves past our threshold.

When we override our limits, even with good intentions, there are other parts that feel it and this can actually slow the healing process down.

What I’m learning again and again is that real change happens in the moments where we don’t push past.
When we notice the edge, the no, the too fast, and choose to slow down instead of override it.

It can feel counterintuitive, like we’re not doing enough or getting anywhere, but that's just not true.

Safety and security are built through consistency, attunement, and respecting our limits.

From that place things can begin to shift in ways that actually last.

I know this to be true because my horse holds me accountable to it daily, whether I like it not 🦄

I was talking with someone recently about the ability to let go and let life move through you. The grief and the joy. And everything in between.
I continuously come up against this, how do I let go and allow when I have parts that would really prefer me to have a monster grip on life. Curiosity and gentleness go a long way.
I'm really enjoying this season of allowing and noticing where growth is actively happening inside of me.
I'm intentionally a soft place to land for myself so I can be that for you too.

Snowy walks with my girl are my favorite.
Animals are such a huge healing presence for us. We are so lucky. I've been thinking about often animals come up in sessions. I'm sort of keeping track because now that I'm noticing, of course it's happening more often. They are such a connecting force for us as humans. "do you want to see a picture?" is usually met with an excited "of course!".
Sometimes just the shared feeling of what it means to love an animal is all it takes to feel seen and connected. Sometimes they show up during a quiet moment of meeting yourself within. They just always seem to be there.
Very grateful today for all the animal friends and the way they walk us home 💗

Being curious is my favorite part of being a therapist.
I absolutely LOVE helping people slow down and witness themselves with gentleness and openness.
I often get to watch the experience of shame softening in real time and the exhale that occurs in the room is palpable.
Therapy is such sacred work and it's an a honor to work with the people I do 💗
