🟣Third Eye Chakra🟣~ Ajna ~ To perceive, to know

The serendipitous timing of the Cancer new moon today with the focus on the Third Eye chakra feels like a hymn from the universe.
The new moon in Cancer is an invitation to come home into ourselves...to slow down and explore our emotional intuition and needs. Its about how we express them in our relationships with others and with ourselves. Its a calling to honor and bring forth our kind and nurturing side.
The Third Eye Chakra is all about wisdom, intuition, imagination, discernment & knowledge. Cancer is nothing if not deeply wise and intuitive.

🟣Balanced: The Wise Person: offers their life experience and assists others on their path. They encourage spiritual pursuits, adventures and making good choices. They trust the higher source to guide them. There is a deep knowing to trust their sharp intuition, creative imagination, and mental clarity.

🟣Unbalanced: The Intellectual Person: draws from limited, tangible resources and only focuses on the rational/analytical thinking- often ignoring emotional and spiritual aspects. They are often judgmental and narrow minded. Other imbalances include: lack of mental clarity/imagination, over thinking/analyzing, excessive skepticism, lack of imagination, disconnect from instincts.

🧠Physically: The Third Eye Chakra rules the pituitary gland. Endocrine/neurological issues, headaches, poor vision/hearing and sinus issues can indicate imbalances.

🔷️Balanced: "The Communicator" has the utmost integrity and character. They are mindful and honest communicators who stand up for what they believe in. There is truth and trust in their word. They express healthy boundaries and say NO when they need to. Their willpower is strong. They live a life congruent with their soul's purpose.

🔷️Unbalanced: "The Silent Child" suppresses their true feelings out of fear or shame. They say yes when they mean no to keep the peace. Often people pleasers, they have difficulty expressing thoughts and feelings clearly. They fear judgment, criticism and confrontation.
The other side of the imbalance is that they speak too much, often dominating conversations or speaking over people. They tend to lie and are unreliable. They gossip and speak without thinking and don't listen to others. They lack willpower especially with alcohol and/or unhealthy food habits.

🎬Ways to balance the Throat Chakra: Yoga, Qi gong & Tai Chi. Vibration- singing, chanting, expressive theater, public speaking, soundbaths and verbal mantras. Pay attention to what you listen to and how you speak to yourself. Speak kindly!

Today's new moon in Aires is a synergistic pairing with the Solar Plexus chakra. Both fall under the Warrior archetype and have powerful influences on our lives-yet balance is the key. Chakras are like the fulcrum of a seesaw-too much pivoting in either direction throws you off center.

"Lustrous Jewel": Our personal powerhouse, our gut instincts.

Balanced: "The Warrior" shines with inner strength, resilience, confidence, purpose and has a definitive sense of self. You know your intrinsic value. You have impeccable integrity and character and embody kindness, love and respect. You know your worth and exercise healthy boundaries. Balanced ego.

Unbalanced: "The Servant" is a slave to the ego and/or to others needs and approval. Their identity & worth are anchored to the external world. They giver their power away by seeking confirmation/approval from others. There is a high degree of separation between self & others often leading to manipulation, objectifying and controlling tendencies. Too much or too little ego.

Ways to balance your Solar Plexus:

☀️Break up your routine. Take risks. Do something different. Eplore new areas and cultures.
