Have you ever had your masseters treated with Botox and noticed a small portion of the muscle still appearing active or “bulging”?

This can sometimes be concerning to patients, but fortunately, it is not a safety issue. In most cases, it simply means that a portion of the muscle remains active and may require additional treatment or a dosage adjustment.

Masseter muscles can vary significantly from person to person, which is why treatment plans are often customized and refined over time. With the appropriate adjustments, we can ensure more complete muscle relaxation and achieve the desired slimming effect.
