✨TWO UPCOMING EXPERIENCES TO SHIFT, RELEASE & RECONNECT ✨

For 22+ years I've facilitated transformational work through hypnotherapy, chakra work, meditation, and immersive sound healing.
This isn't generic chakra work. To me, the chakras are a framework for the emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual patterns that shape how we move through life.

Chakradance™ isn't a dance class, or an ecstatic dance event…
With eyes closed or lower, and within your own space, the chakra-resonant music and chakra guidance prompts you into intuitive movement, visualization, and transformation through Jungian symbolism.
The body leads.
The mind lets go.
Whatever's been stuck is allowed to move.
Afterward, we’ll express that energy by creating mandala art, then close with a 10–15 minute 🎶crystal bowl sound bath🎶 to land and integrate.

This one blends hypnotherapy, chakra work, guided visualization, and sound into a single journey. There's guidance given to both release & claim, but there's space to also simply receive the sound.
It closes with a brief chakra meditation woven in to help you claim your inner fire! Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, and other sacred sound instruments hold the space throughout.
The Full Moon in Aries sets the stage to claim your inner fire, strength, will-power.
