Need more Yoga in your life ? We hear you and we are on it! 2 new Yoga classes and instructors coming in hot!
Meet our newest Yoga instructor Linda! (bio below) She brings passion and years of experience to the ever-popular 12pm Wednesday class starting June 24th.
We also have Keisha, our newest trainer and certified yoga instructor bringing Vinyasa flow 11am Fridays starting June 26th!
For Linda, yoga is a practice to cultivate equanimity, healing, and restoration of body, mind, and spirit.
Linda is certified through NASM & ACSM as a Personal Trainer, as well. A Yogic seeker, Linda teaches mindful, heart-centered Yoga with an emphasis on Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, and Yogic teachings from the Vedic tradition. Linda is passionate about accessibility to healing practices for all people, regardless of gender, race, class, culture, size, age, location, economic status, mental health, and/or physical health ability. Linda is grateful for all of her teachers, both past and present.
Her yoga education includes two 200-hr Yoga Trainings (Anusara based Yoga and Budokon; Yoga, Meditation, and Martial arts), as well as a 300-hour Yoga Therapy Teacher Training. Linda is also trained in therapeutic modalities such as Ayurveda, Shirodhara Treatments, Aroma-touch Essential Oils, Myofascial Release, Adaptive Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Strength-based Yoga, Trauma-Informed, Brain-Sensitive Yoga, Yoga for Cancer, Yoga for Diabetes, and Yoga for First Responders.
