There are many roles in the revolution.

And while I’m no stranger to putting my body on the street, I’m also finding a deep sense of purpose and commitment to showing up in other spaces with the same spirit.

Yesterday, my class and I had an honest and vulnerable discussion about what it means to “do the work”, and damn if I was not nearly brought to tears by their skills of relating, creating safety in vulnerability, and their deep desire to be of service.

I don’t believe we’re anywhere near a finish line, but I don’t fear the discomfort of change or the grief of loss anymore. And that liberty drives my blood ever faster to show up accountable to myself, my students, my clients, my friends and my community.

For what folks are paying for health insurance, I’m adamant that they should get the full use of their benefits and I’m no stranger to the system. Use those bennies before the end of the year!

Call your insurance provider to check your eligibility and benefits, you might be surprised to learn what’s covered.
