HEY PORTLAND — I’M LOOKING FOR A NEW SPACE FOR MY BUSINESS ✨✨✨

I’m looking for a unique space in NE or SE Portland, preferably close to the Hollywood District, I’m hoping someone in my extended Portland network knows of something!

What I’m looking for:
• Approximately 1,500–2,000 sq. ft.
• Several rooms that can be used as private treatment spaces
• Bathroom
• Some type of outdoor space would be a huge plus
• Parking or easy street parking
• I like the idea of an older house that has been converted to commercial use — similar to where I am now
• No big open commercial boxes please

My plan is to create a beautiful, welcoming space for along with other independent holistic health and wellness practitioners.

I know. I hear this repeatedly!
I’m not saying your dermatologist doesn’t care about your skin. Derms are VERY important, their job is to diagnose and treat skin disease, skin cancer, rashes, infections, RX level problems, etc

My job is different. I look at your daily routine, your barrier, any irritation or sensitivity, acne, texture, what your skin is actually doing every single day.
Naturally ... I’m going to ask what you wash your face with?

Cetaphil is easy to find, inexpensive, and often Dr recommended. Sorry, that doesn’t automatically mean it is the best for YOUR skin.
Some Cetaphil formulas have historically contained sodium lauryl sulfate, which helps remove oil and dirt. Unfortunately for dry, red, reactive, or compromised skin, it can be stripping.
When your cleanser is strips, skin gets irritated, dry, red, reactive.
If your skin is happy, keep doing what you’re doing.
But if your face feels tight, burns, flushes, flakes, breaks out, or never seems to calm down?
We need to look at what you’re using every day.
Sometimes better skin simply starts with not irritating your face 2x a day.
