I’m drawn to the beauty and energy of everyday life—time in nature, shared laughter, and moments that remind us we’re alive and connected.

Joy, presence, and a deep respect for life’s rhythms continue to shape how I move through the world and my work. I was trained in and have been practicing and helping others with Reiki since 2005. I have been trained in all levels of Reiki, Usui
Tibetan Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, Karuna Master Reiki, and Animal Reiki Mastery. Through the years I have helped hundreds of people
including animals with i

n-person, online sessions, distance sessions, and advanced training utilizing the techniques of Reiki and also
shamanism. Over the years, I personally found Reiki helpful to me in many situations, which included healing my anger, grief, and
anxiety after my divorce so I could be good friends with my former spouse. Reiki helped me to relieve the stress and strain of my son
moving across the country. Reiki also helped me reduce the chronic pain in my neck and hips. I’ve volunteered with the NorthWest Reiki
Association to provide Reiki for cancer patients, as they receive chemotherapy, and in a drug rehab center to help clients and staff de-stress. As a coach, I coached many women through divorce and other life transitions which became easier when I started introducing
Reiki into the sessions. I found that I was known for helping women in transition with a range of situations from achieving inner peace
with asking for a divorce, to assisting a dachshund with a slipped disc. Many clients came for stress reduction, pain management, and
to find ways to be kinder to themselves.

September 10th is my youngest son’s birthday, and Uranus goes retrograde in Gemini. The good news? The New Moon in Virgo gives us a clean slate — both happening on the same day.

Later in the month, Libra season begins, and on September 22nd we have the Fall Equinox. More balance, laughter, and connection. ❤️

Then, on September 26th, the Full Harvest Moon brings us full circle…to begin again.

Here is my Astrologic ADHD synopsis of September and what it holds for us. 😂
Whew! We are beyond eclipse season. New beginnings, getting that “thing” off the ground, and moving in a different direction is what is in store for us. Yay!
There is a touch of tension with Mars squaring Saturn on the 1st, but we are also starting a nine-month cycle, so, no worries…easy does it.

If you've been a caregiver, helping someone move, recovering from the death of a person, or dream. Your body, mind and spirit need rest & recovery. Simple things like sleep, a walk in a garden, time with a friend and laughter can be simple and healing. As can be Reiki, a Japanese energetic relaxation tool.
