If it were a willpower problem, you would’ve solved it by now.
You are disciplined.
You manage classrooms.
You manage chaos.
The issue isn’t effort.
It’s that your meals aren’t built to satisfy you.
When you consistently eat:
"some carbs" (carbs give us energy)
"plenty of fiber" (fiber makes you feel full)
"enough fat" (fat makes you feel satisfied)
and "enough protein" (protein keeps you satisfied longer)
You stop fighting yourself.
Weight loss becomes steady instead of dramatic.
