Not another reset.
Not another detox.
Not another round of “I’ll just try harder.”
If every summer feels like restriction during the day and overeating at night, that’s not a motivation problem.
It’s a method problem.
You don’t need to eat less.
You need to eat in a way that stabilizes you.
Because when meals are inconsistent, your body goes into protection mode. Hunger ramps up. Cravings get louder. Fat loss feels impossible — not because you’re broken, but because your system is chaotic.
A better way looks like this:
Eat consistently.
Include some carbs, plenty of fiber, and enough fat and protein in every meal.
Stop swinging between “perfect” and “off track.”
When your body feels steady, fat loss becomes a side effect — not a fight.
Summer shouldn’t feel like punishment.
If you’re ready for a method that works with your body instead of against it, comment **BETTER** and I’ll send you how we build it.
