Today's practice: Take a short walk.
Five minutes. No step goal. No pace to keep. No distance you need to cover.
Walk down the street, around the building, through your yard, to get the mail...or take a few slow laps around your home or workspace (we have one Acupuncturist here that can be seen walking up and down the hallway mid-day).
As you move, see what you notice.
βοΈ What does the air feel like?
π What can you see around you?
ππΌ What sounds do you hear?
π How does your body feel as it moves?
You do not have to turn it into a workout and you do not even need to feel better afterwards.
This is simply five minutes to move, notice your surroundings, and interrupt the rhythm of your day.
If walking is not accessible to you today, choose whatever kind of movement feels supportive in your body.
π Save this for the next time you need a little change of scenery.
