We are extremely excited to partner up with Day Bibb owner of Helen Rose Skincare for Black History Month and hopefully on long term to carry some of her amazing products at our store front.

We are also donating 100% of the sales of Helen Rose products throughout the month of February to Urban League of Portland, one of Oregon's oldest civil rights and social service organizations, empowering African-Americans and others to achieve quality in education, employment, health, economic security and quality of life.

Black History Month has been celebrated through Feb 1-Mar 1 since 1976.
This year's theme is "Black Health and Wellness"
We commemorate the contributions of not only scholars and medical practitioners but all health care workers of the community.
It also gives us the opportunity to take a good look on how we can help the often underserved.
Lloyd Central Compounding Pharmacy is excited to partner with the local black community of Oregon.
We have wonderful things in store throughout the month!

We will be closed on Thanksgiving and a slight change on our normal business hours on Friday, we will be opening at 10:30AM instead of the usual 9AM.
Normal hours will resume on Monday.

One of our favorite holidays at Lloyd's Central Compounding Pharmacy is Halloween!!!!!
This year our Pharmacists and Pharmacy technicians did not disappoint! We had the Sanderson Sisters from Salem, Harry Potter, a couple of cute animals, some punny ones, our Director of Pharmacy, Nat was a Cat-vocado even Heiseberg showed up!

The tradition originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. In the eighth century, Pope Gregory III designated November 1 as a time to honor all saints. Soon, All Saints Day incorporated some of the traditions of Samhain. The evening before was known as All Hallows Eve, and later Halloween. Over time, Halloween evolved into a day of activities like trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, festive gatherings, donning costumes and eating treats.
