Everyone spends SPRING working on their SUMMER body.

Around here, we’re doing things a little differently.

This summer, PAC is working on its FALL BODY. 🍂

We’ve got exciting upgrades already underway, with even more coming over the next few months.

So if you see a little construction, rearranging or behind the scenes chaos, just know…it’s all part of the plan.

We’re building a space designed for stronger, faster workouts, new challenges and a whole new way to train.

Thanks for sticking with us while we glow up. We can’t wait to show you what’s coming.(Can you feel the suspense?!)

COMMUNITY: The feeling of being known, accepted, and encouraged. It’s where individual stories come together to create something stronger than any one person could build alone.

We have that here at PAC.

When one person is hurting, we show up.

Kristen, one of our BodyPump, BodyCombat and RPM instructors, has poured so much of herself into this club. She’s inspired us, encouraged us and helped build this special community.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Kristen’s husband, Zack.

We know there are no words that can take away this kind of pain. But we also know the power of simply showing up. Whether it’s a hug, kind words, a card or simply standing beside someone in these darkest moments, those small acts matter.

For those who have been asking, Zack’s visiting hours will be this Friday, July 31 from 4-7 pm at the Kent & Pelczar Funeral Home in Newmarket.

Right now we’re sending Kristen and her family every bit of love, strength, and support this community has to give. If there’s one thing we know, it’s that no one should have to go through this alone.

If you checked out the new schedule, you probably noticed one of the bigger changes...Monday evenings.

Our Monday 4:30pm Combat crew is taking a little summer breather.

Unfortunately, between all of Meg’s summer vacations (she’s currently dilly dallying on a lake somewhere 🛶) and everyone’s busy summer schedules, we’d end up canceling more classes than we’d actually be able to hold.

Soooo...for the summer we are handing the 4:30pm spot over to Matt for BODYPUMP!

To our Monday night Combat crew: this isn’t goodbye...it’s just “see ya in the fall.”
