Meet Dr Hannah Azotea!

Dr Azotea is our Alton office Physcial Therapist, and a New Hampshire native. When she’s not in the office, you can find her outdoors! She enjoys running, surfing, soccer & snowboarding.

Dr Hannah works on patients with sports injuries and everyday aches and pains, but her favorite conditions to work on are concussions and vertigo! If you’re experiencing any of these, visit our Lakes region clinic to see her Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.

Meet Dr Erica Brown!

Dr Brown is a New Hampshire native, and a mother of 2 energetic boys. When she’s not in the office, your best bet is to find Erica by the lake sipping her coffee, or adventuring with her boys and dog, Eevee. She also loves skiing with her family, even when they can’t keep up 🎿⛷️

Dr Brown is in our Portsmouth office Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, bringing her sports chiropractic expertise. She’s been a part of the Seacoast team for over 13 years!

Meet Emily Goldberg!

Emily is one of the two Emily’s who works at the front desk in our Alton office! She has a 3 year old dog named Bailey who was rescued from a shelter in Maine almost 3 years ago. She runs the household.

Emily grew up on Lake Winnipasaukee and knows a lot about boats as she worked around them for over 5 years before coming to join the Seacoast in December. She spends her summers the last few years wake surfing and at the beach. Emily used to ride horses growing up and is recently getting back into it, starting with barrel running. Emily loves everything country down to the music and boots!

You’ll see Emily at our Alton office primarily, answering phones, checking patients in and out, and assisting our Physical Therapy & Chiropractic teams.

Meet Mimi!

Mimi is a 3 year old rescue from Jackson, Mississippi. We don’t know much about her past, but she was abandoned at a kill shelter in 2023 when she was only a few months old. Despite her circumstances, she is a gentle and loving pup who is shy at first, but warms up quick with a good butt scratch and a yummy treat! She loves going to the beach with her doggy friends, laying in the sunshine, and sitting on any lap that will have her!

She is in our Portsmouth office every Tuesday and Thursday - usually sleeping in her bed under the front desk, but occasionally pops her head out to check on patients in the lobby. Surprisingly she’s a morning person, so try for a morning appointment if you’re looking for some puppy love!

I know we’ve all been talking about not eating the lettuce 🥬 but it’s looking good as long as it’s not from side eye 😏

Nutrition can be overwhelming on a normal day, but what do you do when your options are limited by access, or quality and safety?
This we’re addressing veggies 🥕 🥦 🍅

What’s most important is variety. Each plant based food has a certain set of nutrients and benefits; whether they’re great for bones, skin, or recovery - the key is incorporating a healthy variety in your diet. So losing temporary access to the shredded lettuce on your crunch wrap supreme shouldn’t be a major setback! 🌮

Aim for several servings of different vegetables per day for your best health & recovery!

Get to know Steven!

Steven has been a part of our Alton office team for 2 years, working with Dr. Azotea to help patients recover & move better.

In his free time, Steven enjoys getting outside, especially for fly fishing!

Some of his favorite things to work on with patients in the clinic are neck pain and total knee replacement rehab. You’ll see him using a variety of modalities such as therapeutic ultrasound, shockwave therapy, and IASTM, but his favorite tools are cupping, trigger point therapy, and exercise.

Work with Steven Tuesdays-Fridays, or select Saturdays, at our Alton office.

This is Dr. Ashley T. Waterman! She is one of our chiropractors here at Seacoast Spine and Sports Injuries Clinic.

She’s a New England native and moved here to New Hampshire with her fiancé, Ben, in 2023 and has been with us ever since! She loves to explore the area by hiking with her dog, Barley 🐕 , and getting a Birds Eye view from the sky! ✈️ 🪂

She believes “a body in motion, stays in motion” and incorporates that into her everyday life as well as her clinical practice. She is in our Portsmouth office on Monday and Wednesdays. She is certified in dry needling and Graston Technique and utilizes other treatments like our Shockwave, ultrasound, and cold laser to help patients feel and move their best.
