Important Information:

Student-athletes must arrive with the OHSAA/KHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Exam Form fully completed and in hand at the time of their visit.
It is the student-athlete’s responsibility to submit the completed form to their school’s administration.

Last Friday, several of our athletic trainers took time to practice lower extremity casting with Dr. Christopher Belton, Medical Director of Orthopedics—continuing to grow and refine their clinical expertise.

It’s once again time to prepare for Sports Physicals. Throughout the month of May, SOMC Sports Motion contract school athletes will have the opportunity to receive a free sports physical through SOMC Sports Motion.
Student Requirements:
Athletes must bring a completed OHSAA/KHSAA physical form with them at the time of their appointment.
Athletes are responsible for submitting the completed form to their school’s administration.
