I am offering the deal of a lifetime. In order to boost my portfolio I am going to drop all of the going rates for a few select tattoos that I already have drawn up. The deal is tattoo for tips, You dont pay unless you want to. The stipulations are, I get to tattoo one of my drawing how I want to, but you get to pick which one you would like to get.
