When it comes to building a career in this field, the best piece of advice is to always stay coachable, curious, and willing to ask questions, backed by a good sense of humor to help get you through the tougher days. Working here is made truly special by Sterling’s genuine family culture—where teammates truly have each other’s backs, hold one another accountable, and are always ready to lend a hand.
Outside of work, current obsessions include finishing up home landscaping projects one weekend at a time, celebrating an amazing harvest from the newly planted vegetable garden, and keeping everything organized (because clutter and misplaced items are a serious pet peeve!). If a walk-out entrance to the office ever called for a wrestling theme song, it would definitely be the iconic "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor—or an honorable mention to AC/DC's "Thunderstruck"—bringing that ultimate "get the job done" energy.
