Muscle isn't just about how you look.

It's about how you live. πŸ’ͺ

Many women spend years focused on losing weight, but the real goal should be losing fat while preserving the muscle that supports healthy aging.

Because muscle does so much more than create definition.

It helps support:
βœ… A healthy metabolism
βœ… Blood sugar regulation
βœ… Insulin sensitivity
βœ… Balance and mobility
βœ… Brain health
βœ… Strength and resilience
βœ… Independence as you age

Here's something most people don't realize:

One pound of fat takes up significantly more space than one pound of muscle.

That means you can become leaner, stronger, and healthier without seeing dramatic changes on the scale.

And as we age, preserving muscle becomes even more important.

Muscle is what helps you:
βœ” Carry groceries with ease
βœ” Get up off the floor confidently
βœ” Travel and explore
βœ” Hike your favorite trails
βœ” Play with your children and grandchildren
βœ” Maintain your independence

The goal isn't simply to weigh less.

The goal is to build a body that supports the life you want to live for decades to come.

Because muscle is one of the greatest predictors of long-term health, strength, and quality of life.

Are you training to be smaller or training to be stronger? Let me know in the comments. πŸ‘‡

You worked hard to build your strength. Don't lose it by accident.

One of the biggest concerns with weight loss after menopause isn't simply the number on the scale. It's what makes up that weight loss.

Muscle supports your metabolism.
Helps regulate blood sugar.
Protects bone health.
And becomes increasingly important as we age.

Whether you're taking a GLP-1, considering one, or simply trying to lose weight after menopause, understanding how to protect muscle may be one of the most important things you do for your long-term health.

In this workshop, we're talking about the hidden problem nobody is discussing and what you can do to protect your body while reaching your goals.

This information could completely change how you approach weight loss.

The scale might be going down… but what about your muscle? πŸ’ͺ

For women in menopause, weight loss isn't the whole story.

If you lose weight without preserving lean muscle mass, you may end up smallerβ€”but not necessarily stronger, healthier, or more metabolically resilient.

This is especially important if you're:
βœ” Taking a GLP-1 medication
βœ” Considering a GLP-1 medication
βœ” Coming off a GLP-1 medication
βœ” Struggling to maintain muscle during menopause

As estrogen levels decline, women naturally experience changes in muscle mass, bone density, recovery, strength, and body composition.

Add significant weight loss to the mix, and muscle loss can become a real concern.

Research suggests that approximately 15–20% of the weight lost while using GLP-1 medications may come from lean body mass, including muscle.

That's why the goal shouldn't be just weight loss.

The goal should be:
βœ… Preserving muscle
βœ… Supporting bone health
βœ… Building strength
βœ… Improving metabolic health
βœ… Aging with confidence and vitality

Because weight loss and health are not always the same thing.

Have you noticed how everyone seems to be talking about Ozempic, Wegovy, and other GLP-1 medications lately?

What I don't hear people talking about is this:

"What happens after the weight comes off?"

How do you keep your metabolism healthy?
How do you maintain strength?
How do you avoid losing valuable muscle?

And how do you create results that actually last?

That's exactly what we're covering in this workshop.

Because healthy weight loss should leave you feeling strongerβ€”not weaker.

Whether you're taking a GLP-1, considering one, or simply frustrated by weight gain after menopause, this conversation matters.

Can I be honest?

After menopause, losing weight and getting healthier are not always the same thing.

In fact, many women are focused on losing pounds while unknowingly losing something even more important: Muscle.

And muscle matters.

It supports your metabolism.
It helps regulate blood sugar.
It protects bone health.
It helps you stay strong, active, and independent as you age.

That's why the conversation around weight loss needs to be bigger than the number on the scale.

Whether you're:

βœ” Taking a GLP-1
βœ” Considering a GLP-1
βœ” Or simply frustrated by weight gain, lower energy, or changes in your body after menopause

This workshop is for you.

Join me for a free live workshop where we'll discuss:
β€’ Why muscle matters more after 45
β€’ The hidden cost of focusing only on weight loss
β€’ How to support metabolism and healthy aging
β€’ The role of protein, strength training, sleep, and recovery
β€’ What every woman should know before pursuing weight loss

But almost nobody is talking about what women over 45 may be losing along the way.

And that's a conversation we need to have.

Whether you're:
βœ” Taking a GLP-1
βœ” Considering a GLP-1
βœ” Coming off a GLP-1
βœ” Or simply frustrated that the strategies that used to work no longer seem to work after menopause

This workshop is for you.

Because this isn't really a workshop about medication.

It's a workshop about helping women understand what their bodies need to stay strong, healthy, and resilient as they age.

If you're taking a GLP-1 and dealing with constipation, bloating, or sluggish digestion, you're not alone.

Many women are already experiencing slower digestion during perimenopause and menopause. GLP-1 medications can slow things down even more, which is one reason digestive support becomes so important.

Two of the most overlooked strategies?

πŸ’§ Hydration
πŸ₯¦ Fiber

But here's the key: more fiber is not always better overnight.

Increasing fiber too quickly can sometimes make digestive symptoms worse. A gradual approach, combined with adequate hydration, can help support normal digestion and keep things moving comfortably.

Many women on GLP-1 medications also experience lower thirst and reduced food intake, which can increase the risk of dehydration.

And dehydration doesn't just affect digestion.

It can contribute to:
βœ”οΈ Fatigue
βœ”οΈ Constipation
βœ”οΈ Poor recovery
βœ”οΈ Lower energy levels

That's why paying attention to both fiber and hydration can make such a difference.

Small, consistent habits often create the biggest results.

πŸ‘‡ Have you noticed changes in your digestion, hydration, or energy levels during menopause or while taking a GLP-1?

Many women taking GLP-1 medications notice something unexpected.

Foods they used to enjoy, especially protein-rich foods, can suddenly seem less appealing. Some women even experience taste changes, food aversions, or nausea that make it difficult to eat enough protein.

The challenge is that your body still needs protein to support muscle, metabolism, recovery, and overall health.

Instead of forcing yourself to eat foods that don't sit well with you, focus on finding protein sources that work for your body.

Smoothies can be a great option when appetite is low. Just be sure they contain protein, healthy fats, and fiber, not just fruit and sugar.

Other simple ideas include:
βœ”οΈ Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt alternatives
βœ”οΈ Protein powder
βœ”οΈ Chia seeds
βœ”οΈ Cottage cheese
βœ”οΈ Tofu blended into soups
βœ”οΈ Bone broth
βœ”οΈ Higher-protein versions of foods you already enjoy

When appetite is lower, every bite counts.

Prioritizing protein, healthy fats, fiber, and hydration can help you meet your nutritional needs while supporting your weight loss goals.

You can lose weight on a GLP-1. But if you're not protecting your muscle, you could be losing more than fat.

One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is focusing only on the scale while ignoring the habits that help preserve strength, energy, and metabolism.

If you're eating less, every bite matters.

βœ”οΈ Prioritize protein first
βœ”οΈ Focus on nutrient-dense foods
βœ”οΈ Eat plenty of colorful fruits and vegetables
βœ”οΈ Stay hydrated
βœ”οΈ Strength train consistently
βœ”οΈ Build habits you can maintain long-term

Because the real goal isn't simply losing weight.

It's maintaining muscle, supporting your metabolism, protecting your health, and feeling strong for years to come.

Whether you're considering a GLP-1, currently taking one, or thinking about coming off one, remember this:

The medication may help with weight loss, but habits create lasting results.

πŸ‘‡ What's been your biggest challenge when it comes to getting enough protein or maintaining healthy habits?
