Today, I’m shining a light on cardiovascular exercise.
Why is it crucial? Well, think of it as armor for your heart, your immune system, and even your brain health. We’re talking about keeping diseases at bay and boosting mental clarity.
Aim for a minimum of around 150 minutes a week, spread across various activities like walking, jogging, or cycling.
It’s all about keeping that heart rate up just enough, but not too high and feeling that positive momentum.
