We interrupt this Labor Day for a personal testimony...and I promise, this isn't just a post about products. There's a little more on my heart today. 💜

I have come to not only love but truly believe in the Rowe Casa Organics products we now carry thanks to M4 Naturals.

I have more than a handful of favorites now, but today these two are the daymakers. I had a stubborn headache that wouldn't budge, so I grabbed this little jar, rubbed some into my temples, forehead and cheekbones, where I also use the Lymphatic Cream.

Five minutes...yes, 5 minutes later, I realized the headache was nearly gone, but not until after my nose ran ever so slightly. It really felt like it got things moving, and I was feeling so much better. For good measure, I used the Vagus Synergy on my neck and chest too.

Yes, taking care of ourselves by spending a little more on natural products is an investment, but it's one I'm willing to make. If we counted up all the products we've purchased that didn't help us, or the ones we bought cheaply only to replace later, I think we'd look at that investment a little differently.

But here's where this becomes about more than products...

When the Lord put it on my heart to open the shop, He was very specific. He told me to use what I have.

And what I have is my testimony.

He showed me glimpses of the things that helped me heal along my own journey. Those things include God's Word. Beautiful colors. Smells that fill a room without giving me a headache. Little reminders on pieces of jewelry I wear. Signs I hang on my walls so I see something positive everywhere I turn. And products that help me care for the vessel that holds one of the most precious gifts we've ever been given, the Holy Spirit.

That's what I want this shop to be.

Not just a place filled with things to buy, but a place filled with reminders to take care of your spirit, body & soul.

So if you're going to make an investment in anything, make an investment in taking care of yourself and your family. Be thoughtful about what you burn in your home, what you put on your skin and what you put into your body.

And then...think about what you're thinking about.

Because caring for ourselves isn't only about what's going ON our bodies. It's also about what we're allowing into our minds and hearts.

I'm stopping to pray for YOU right now. Because I believe the Lord is working in you about something. Maybe there's a decision you need to make, something you need to surrender, a step you need to take or an answer you've been waiting for.

I'm praying He gives you the wisdom, peace and answer you need today.

This Friday, September 4, from 5–8pm, we're closing out the 1st Friday season with an event to help our friends at Black River Baptist Church!

Join us as we welcome the J-Walkers Youth Group, who will be raising funds to help rebuild what was lost in this summer's flood.

And here's the best part—a portion of shop sales ALL DAY FRIDAY will be donated to these teens, who are some of the most faith-filled, fun kids I've had the pleasure of knowing.

Some of the group will be here that evening showing off a few Bible Journaling tips and helping you win a little something to take home!
