Our recent staff meeting was filled with connection, gratitude, and a few special highlights!

We were thrilled to receive a gorgeous donation of handmade slate art from our retired Finance Director, Stacey. Her continued support of Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley is such a meaningful reminder that the impact of dedicated staff members continues even after retirement. We are incredibly grateful!

We also welcomed Sarah Pickard from Lazy River Playground, who shared about the wonderful work they’re doing for everyone in our community. We loved learning more and making new connections!

We’re so thankful for the amazing people and organizations who help make our community stronger.

Today, we remember those who have died from an overdose. We also think of the families and friends who are grieving.

Grief can happen after a death, but it can also happen when someone you love is living with addiction. The worry, fear, and uncertainty can feel overwhelming. These feelings are real, and they matter.

Today, let's choose compassion over judgment and support over stigma. No one should have to face grief alone.
