Something is growing.

I've been in the soil, quietly tending to something for a very specific woman.

Not the woman searching for another self-improvement project.

The woman who is ready to reclaim her identity before she became everyone's everything.
I'll share more next week.

But if something in you just stirred, there's a place to put your name before the doors officially open.

Happy Friday mid-morning! We made it to the double-digit hours of Friday, which means it’s officially acceptable to start glancing at the clock and dreaming about the next 48 hours.

As we slide into the weekend, how are we feeling? Are we buzzing with excitement, or is there a little bit of that Friday-jitters anxiety creeping in?

Maybe you had an incredibly productive week, but your to-do list is still staring at you like a needy puppy that refuses to believe it’s time for a break.

Whatever the vibe, it’s all good. Right now is the absolute perfect time to press a gentle pause button, grab a refill on your coffee (or tea!), and take a quick personal inventory.

Think of it as a mini-checkup for your soul, your life, and your business before you officially close the laptop. Ask yourself:

šŸŽˆHow did the week actually go? (And "surviving it" counts as a win!)

šŸŽˆIs there anything you did or said that you wish went a little better? (It’s okay, we forgive you for that email reply sent before your morning caffeine kicked in.)

šŸŽˆIs there something you ā€œhaven’tā€ said that still needs to be said? A boundary that needs setting, a thank-you that got lost in the shuffle, or a truth you're holding back?

Taking a moment for these questions keeps us grounded so we don’t carry the weight of Monday through Friday right into our Saturday morning peace.

So, what’s the verdict for the weekend ahead? Are you looking forward to diving back into more work (no judgment, sometimes the quiet weekends are great for focused building!), or are you heading somewhere with a high probability of pure fun?

Drop your weekend vibe below: Are you team ā€œProductive Restā€ or team ā€œUnapologetic Funā€?

Have a beautiful, restorative weekend!

Unbelievable…another month has passed us too quickly. Welcome June.

As dandelions turn to seed, children everywhere rush to pick them, so that they can close their eyes, make a wish, and blow the seeds into the air.

No one knows for sure how or why people started making wishes on dandelions.

For me, it's a nice reminder of my childhood. ā¤ļø

Today, June 1st, "Gliding with Glo Life Coaching" officially turns 16.

While businesses often celebrate milestones with discounts, I wanted to honor this Sweet 16 by sharing a little of the journey that brought me here and the beautiful horizon we are walking toward together. This business has grown, shifted, and breathed right along with me.

For over 25 years, I have had the absolute privilege of guiding women through some of the most pivotal seasons of their lives.

The Early Days
Long before Zoom was a household name, I was creating online spaces for women and connecting across the miles from behind a screen. Yes, I go all the way back to the Skype days.

The Brick & Mortar Era
For five wonderful years, I opened the doors to a physical sanctuary in Bedford Hills, New York, creating a local haven my clients lovingly called their ā€œzen den.ā€

The Pivot
When the pandemic hit, I returned to my digital roots. Today, while I still cherish select in-person private sessions, going nationwide online has allowed me to hold space for a magnificent community of women.
My work has evolved too. I started in deep one-on-one partnerships, moved into groups, returned to private coaching, and most recently had the joy of facilitating our beautiful Spring Renewal with 13 incredible women.

Where We Are Going: A New Chapter for Seasoned Women
If these 16 years have taught me anything, it is that the needs of women change as we claim our wisdom.
I find myself stepping away from the traditional title of ā€œlife coachā€ and stepping more fully into my role as a life guide. The extraordinary, seasoned women I serve today are not looking to be fixed, and they are not chasing hustle. They are looking for connection, camaraderie, and a space where they can feel truly seen and heard. They are ready to embrace their next chapter with grace over grind.
To honor that, I am expanding beyond private sessions into soulful collective experiences where we can share the journey together.

Coming This July: Queenager Campā„¢
To kick off this next chapter, I am opening a special 4-week virtual experience throughout the month of July called Queenager Campā„¢.
It will be a warm, dedicated space for connection, wisdom-sharing, self-discovery, and stepping into your next season with a little fun along the way.

If Queenager Campā„¢ feels like your kind of room, send me a message, and I’ll add you to the Early Access List.

Thank you for walking this path with me for the last 16 years. The journey is only getting sweeter.

Mucho hugs,
CoachGlošŸŽˆ

Friday Fire & Focus
EGO

Two geese that were flying south on their annual migration, had stopped to rest alongside a lake when they were approached by a frog that beseeched them to take him along on their journey.

The geese were more than willing to help provided, they said, the frog could think of a way for them to carry him..

The frog thought to himself for sometime before coming up with a creative idea: taking a thick strong stem from the vegetation around the lake, he asked the geese to each hold one of the ends in its mouth.

The frog then gripped on to the middle of the stem with its mouth and the three animals set off. A number of farmers who were watching the strange scene from the ground, were amazed by the ingenuity and one of them called up to the sky, "who was the smart one among you that came up with that brilliant idea", and right away the frog opened his mouth to reply. I thought of it, losing his grip on the stem and plummeting back down to the ground.

No one is without an ego the goal of everyone of us is to limit the situations in which our egos take control of and rule our lives, come at our expense drive and blind us, and to expand the situations in which our egos allow us to grow, advance, grounds and serves us.

The Art of the Slow Walk: Tuning Into the Five Senses

I’ll be honest with you: there are mornings when I just don’t want to get up, put my shoes on, and get out the door. You e heard me share this many times…

We all have those moments of resistance where the comfort of staying put feels much easier than taking that walk.

But when I need that extra I remind myself of what is waiting for me out there. I remind myself to step outside and let my five senses do the work. It’s not about checking off a chore; it’s a sensory check-in—a simple practice of slowing down to truly notice the life happening all around us.

The Magic of ScentšŸŽˆ
Anyone who knows me knows I have an incredibly sensitive sense of smell. I think it traces back to when I was a little girl, watching my mother get ready for work. She always wore the most exquisite perfumes; even after she left the house, her beautiful scent lingered in the rooms, letting us know she was there.

As I’ve gotten older, traditional perfumes no longer agree with me, so I rely on pure, natural essential oils now. But out on my walk? Nature provides the most intoxicating perfume of all. Walking past the neighborhood homes and driveways right now, the sweet, rich scent of the flowers in bloom is absolutely breathtaking.

The Symphony of SoundšŸŽˆ
While my nose takes in the flowers, my ears are treated to a concert. The birds are out in full force, singing their beautiful melodies. It feels like they are putting on a private performance just to entertain me as I stroll by.

The Joy of SightšŸŽˆ
This time of day, my usual path turns into a gentle kind of "commuters' boulevard"...not crowded with rushing cars, but filled with a sweet, steady stream of nannies and grandmothers pushing strollers. Seeing those little interactions and the generational love out in the fresh air is just beautiful.
When we shift our perspective from "I have to do this" to "Look at what I get to experience," the resistance melts away.

It’s about letting the world entertain, comfort, and ground you, one breath at a time.

What is one beautiful thing your senses are noticing today? And what gets you out the door when you’re feeling a little uninspired? Let me know in the comments below! šŸ‘‡
