Youth in need who participate in equine-assisted programs often discover something they may not find anywhere else—a safe space where they are seen, accepted, and encouraged without judgment. Horses have an incredible ability to build confidence, reduce anxiety, foster trust, and help people reconnect with themselves in ways that words often cannot.

Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and sanctuary. Because our horses have a safe, forever home, we are able to build trust-based relationships with each member of our herd. In turn, these remarkable horses help us give back to our community through equine education, wellness, and therapeutic programs that touch lives every day.

Horses for Mental Health .
& the Healing Rhythm of Drumming
There is something deeply grounding about standing beside a horse.
Horses live completely in the present moment. They respond honestly to energy, emotion, breathing, and intention — helping people reconnect with themselves without judgment. Their calm presence can reduce stress, encourage emotional awareness, and create a sense of safety and connection that supports mental and emotional wellness.
Equine-assisted wellness experiences may help with:
Stress reduction
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Building confidence and trust
Nervous system regulation
Mindfulness and emotional balance
Connection, grounding, and self-awareness
Drumming adds another layer of healing. The steady rhythm of the drum can help regulate the nervous system, calm racing thoughts, and bring the body into a more balanced state. Rhythmic drumming has long been used in spiritual and healing traditions to promote relaxation, emotional release, meditation, and connection.
When horses and drumming are combined, the experience becomes deeply immersive:
the rhythm of the drum, the breath, the movement of energy, and the quiet wisdom of the horse all work together to create a space for healing, grounding, and inner peace.

Horses offer something different. They offer presence. Honesty. Regulation. Connection without judgment.

After the jar is created we will do a meditation with the jar to charge them .. then we will re-check auras . Shows How our energies helps in creating our manifestations.
