In observance of Labor Day, Wyo Home Health will be closed Monday, September 7th.

Our office will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

Today we’re excited to recognize Nicole, CNA, and thank her for the care and support she provides to our patients!

Nicole brings compassion and a genuine desire to help others to the homes she serves. She works hard to make sure our patients feel cared for, comfortable, and supported while helping them maintain as much independence as possible in their own homes.

Home health caregivers have such an important role. Often, it’s the little things—taking the extra time, offering encouragement, listening, helping with everyday needs, and simply being a dependable presence—that make the biggest difference in someone’s day.

💙 CNA / HOME HEALTH AIDE – JOIN OUR TEAM!

Wyo Home Health is hiring CNAs and Home Health Aides to serve patients throughout Park and Big Horn Counties!

We’re looking for dependable, compassionate people who want to make a meaningful difference by helping patients remain safe and independent in their own homes.

💰 PAY

CNA: Starting at $18.00/hour
Home Health Aide: Starting at $19.00/hour

🏡 WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of our home health team, you may assist patients with:

• Personal care, bathing, dressing and grooming
• Mobility and safe transfers
• Activities of daily living
• Light household tasks related to patient care
• Providing companionship and encouragement
• Observing and reporting changes in a patient’s condition
• Following individualized plans of care
• Helping patients maintain independence in their own homes

💡 DID YOU KNOW?

You may qualify for Medicare-covered Home Health services if you:

🏡 Are considered homebound — leaving home requires considerable effort, assistance, or is medically difficult
🩺 Have a skilled medical need, such as nursing care or physical therapy
👨‍⚕️ Are under the care of a medical provider who orders home health services
📅 Need skilled care on an intermittent, rather than continuous, basis

Home health can help with things like wound care, medication management, injections, disease education, physical therapy, and Home Health Aide services when eligibility requirements are met.
