Mr. Ferrari is the Business Development Manager for MediTrac by Flex-Trac, a manufacturer specializing in Corrugated Medical Tubing (CMT) that is designed for medical gas distribution. The company focuses on providing high-quality, engineered products that meet demanding healthcare applications, ensuring safety, durability and performance.



Keith has been involved in virtually all aspects of the medical gas industry, including regulatory, manufacturing, consulting, designing, planning, inspection, testing and verification over the last 38 years for GMI, CGS, Praxair, Linde and MediTrac.



He is or has been a principal voting member or alternate on many Codes, Standards & Guidance organizations, such as NFPA 99, NFPA 55, NFPA 150, CGA M-1, ASSE 6000, ASPE & MGPHO and is currently on the Board of Governors for MGPHO.



Mr. Ferrari attended Penn State University for Industrial Engineering, California College for Health Sciences and Wake Tech for AutoCad Design and has credentials from ASSE 6000, MGPHO CMGV, ASPE CPD, and is a NFPA 99 Trained Instructor.

Erick Loden is the son of Dave Loden founder of Dave Loden Construction. He grew up on a roof and performing roofing throughout the state of WY. After receiving two bachelor’s degrees, he returned to take over and lead DLC as president and owner. He has spent decades inspecting, installing, and maintaining commercial roof systems in the state of WY as well as 15 years running Dave Loden Construction (11 as owner). Dave Loden Construction is the largest and premier single-ply membrane roof installer in the state of WY receiving numerous awards and recognition including Burke's Contractor of the Year (2X) and Carlisle's ESP Excellence in Single Ply. Erick recently sold Dave Loden Construction and now hosts the From The Ground Up Show a podcast and YouTube show dedicated to inspiring and encouraging the next generation of free-thinking leaders by telling the stories of those who have built a life they love with their hearts, hands, and hustle.
