This class is designed to help you:

• Calm the nervous system
• Improve sleep and relaxation
• Feel supported, safe, and at ease
No aerial or yoga experience is needed.
Hammocks are kept low to the ground, and options are always offered.
What to expect:
• Gentle swaying and breathwork
• Supported, restorative aerial positions
• A deeply relaxing sound bath with singing bowls and tuning forks
• Quiet stillness for full-body integration
This is not a workout—it’s an experience of rest, reset, and renewal.
