I’m excited to be offering two more opportunities to experience the calming combination of halotherapy and sound healing at Time For You Healing Center!

Settle into a comfortable position in the salt room as you’re immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. Halotherapy supports respiratory and skin health, while sound healing encourages deep relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply craving an hour to reconnect with yourself, this experience offers space to slow down, breathe, and receive.

Space is limited for both sessions.

Capability is rarely equal to capacity.

Many individuals learn to override their bodies long before they learn how to listen.
To remain available while emotionally and physically depleted.
To project strength while quietly unraveling beneath the surface.

And because you are capable of carrying a heavy load, others may assume you are managing well.
You may even assume that yourself.

However, the nervous system tells all. 🌿

There is a meaningful distinction between functioning and feeling safe.
Between surviving and genuinely having the capacity to sustain the demands of your life.

Somatic healing often begins with recognizing where chronic overwhelm, hyper-independence, tension, urgency, or emotional suppression have become normalized… and understanding that your body was never designed to endure those states indefinitely.

You do not have to wait until burnout to respect your limits.
You do not have to earn rest through collapse.

Your body is asking to be heard, not continually pushed beyond its limits.

We’ve been taught to confuse intensity with alignment.

it’s how your body processes what you feel.

Through somatic work, your nervous system begins to shift:

You move out of chronic fight/flight or shutdown…
and into a wider window where sensation can move through you instead of overwhelming you.

Activation still happens—
but it doesn’t spike as fast, grip as tightly, or last as long.

Your breath returns more easily.

Join me on May 20 at 2:00 PM for another 45-minute Sound Bath inside the salt room at Time For You Healing Center.

This space is designed for deep rest. The combination of halotherapy and sound healing supports the respiratory system, calms the nervous system, and allows the body to settle in a way that’s hard to access in everyday life.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, run down, or just in need of quiet—this is for you.

Spots are limited, so I recommend reserving ahead of time. They do fill up.
