We offer Primary, Direct, & Urgent Care Services. You are welcome to participate in any and all of our healthcare service offerings, from establishing us as your Primary Care Provider to enrolling in on of our Direct Care Membership Plans or walking-in to see us for your Urgent Care needs. One of the biggest advantages of becoming a Direct Care Member is your ability to have direct access to our services which include shorter wait times, access to after hours care, 24/7 confidential communication via text, video, or telephone access.
