Today, we’re celebrating a pretty special person, and man, did our team hit the jackpot with this one! 💙

A great boss is so much more than someone who leads a team. She’s someone who notices when a team member is struggling and jumps in to help, encourages us to keep learning and growing, and builds our confidence along the way. She leads by example, supports us when we need it, and reminds us that we’re all in this together. 🤍

We are SO lucky to have a boss who truly cares about her team and the work we do in our community through home health and hospice. She makes a difference not only in the lives of our patients and families, but in the lives of the people she leads every day. 🏡💙
