FREE HERBAL FAIRE - SHARING ABUNDANCE

Our vision for this free herb faire is to nurture relationships that sustain life, celebrate our interdependence, and offer mutual aid based on generosity, gratitude, and reciprocity.
This gathering is an experiment in a gift economy, a way of coming together that strengthens the web of interdependence. A gift economy is an alternative to a market economy that thrives on greed and feelings of scarcity and treats everything, including the earth’s abundance, as a commodity to be bought and sold.
If you’d like to participate, we ask that you come with curiosity and an open heart and leave your expectations at the door.
As a participant, you are invited to share any herbal resources you possess in abundance.
wildcrafted medicinal herbs
garden bounty (including flowers or vegetables)
handcrafted herbal products
plant starts
medicine-making supplies (bottles, jars, strainers, etc.)
medicinal herb and gardening books
Participants are invited to walk away with what they need or can redistribute to their friends and neighbors. There is nothing to be bought or sold at this free herbal faire. You are invited to participate even if you don’t have herbal resources to share.
