One of the questions we're hearing often is, "What's for dinner?" 😊

The menu is coming soon, and we think you'll be pleased.

At the same time, I find it meaningful that this event benefits Food For Learning, a local nonprofit helping address food insecurities for children right here in Caroline County. There is something beautiful about gathering around a table for a good meal while also helping ensure that children in our community have food on theirs.

*Opal's Pace* is being created with the same spirit that guides so much of what we do here at Campbell's Lane Farm: bringing people together through kindness, connection, laughter, good food, and community.

More details are on the horizon... and Opal is reminding me not to rush them. 🫏❤️

This fall, we are bringing something a little unexpected to Campbells Lane Farm...

A western dinner show.
A miniature donkey named Opal getting deputized.
Laughter. Good food. Big hearts.
And somewhere underneath it all… a few reminders about kindness, community, and not judging too quickly.

Because life lessons arrive in unexpected ways and
sometimes they arrive with long ears and a hee haw. 🫏

This fundraiser is benefiting our donkey herd and Food For Learning, a local nonprofit doing meaningful work in our community.

We’re still gathering all the final details together, but for now we wanted you to save the date and come along for the ride.
