🦋 Little Sparks: Children’s Yoga 🦋

A playful, mindful yoga class designed just for kids!

Starting Monday, July 13th, Little Sparks will meet every Monday from 5:00–5:30 PM. This 30-minute class invites children to move, breathe, imagine, and explore yoga in a fun and supportive way.

Through kid-friendly poses, simple breathing practices, games, and moments of calm, children will learn tools to build confidence, body awareness, focus, and emotional regulation — all while having fun!

Perfect for little ones who love to move, wiggle, wonder, and shine. 🌈

This morning, we gathered for our very first Mama Move.

There was laughter, movement, little feet, curious moments, deep breaths, and the beautiful reminder that life doesn’t have to pause for us to care for ourselves. It was the sweetest way to begin our week.

As the day continues, so does the opportunity to move.

✨ Little Sparks • 5:00 PM
A playful yoga class where children can build confidence, explore movement, and have fun through imagination, breath, and mindful play.

✨ Move & Restore • 7:30 PM
End your day with gentle movement, breathwork, restorative practices, and guided relaxation. A chance to slow down, release the day, and settle into your evening feeling grounded and supported.

Wherever you find yourself today, there’s still space to take one deep breath and reconnect.
