Thank goodness for our pharmacists and staff!!

Here is an excellent example of what pharmacists and techs do every day… this prescription came to us with these directions…. Now for those of you not familiar with diabetes, you have to know a scale to know how much insulin to use with each meal. This prescription says “sliding scale not known”… how are we supposed to explain to the patient how much insulin to use????
