The Gaia Den

Directions Website

The Gaia Den For well over a decade, it was my dream to hold a space where local spiritual needs could be met.
(280)

❍ Healing Arts Studio
❍ Yoga, Somatics & Embodiment practices
❍ Classes, events, workshops, community
❍ Evolutionary Astrologer & Tarot reader
❍ Shadow Alchemy
❍ Est 2017 Traveling the coast and teaching at events and retreats for years, I saw so many places in different communities that had places like the Den. It became more and more obvious to me that our little town needed a place for like minded individuals and spiritual seekers. Gaia is much more than a yoga & meditation studio, much more than a metaphysical shop. It is a place for people to offer their spiritual gifts and wisdom, a place for people to gather and share...a platform for people to sell their products. From yoga, meditation & breathwork, to classes on spiritual paths, astrology, Reiki, Tarot, and commUNITY events, the Den is a place for everyone.

📍Alright locals….
this is 𝙖𝙡𝙡 I have left for October!

🧬The benefits of sound healing are truly endless…physically, emotionally and mentally.
Back in 2011, I experienced my first sound healing and IMMEDIATELY felt myself shift. As someone with ᴄᴘᴛsᴅ and dissociative disorder, I cannot even begin to explain the difference it makes within my body and mind…to be able to drop into my body and let the frequencies weave in.
“They” know exactly where to go 😉

I knew upon opening the Den (in 2017) that I absolutely had to be sure the local community had access to this kind of medicine on a regular basis.
I’ve been offering this for several years now (2020) and it is always a deep, heartfelt honor when I feel the room shift and when I see your faces afterwards ❤️‍🩹🥹

I was really about to type “Treat your Boo” but….💅😂 😬 really you should

Spoil your favorite warrior woman…
She’s probably been holding space for everybody but herself 😉 🖤🌙

….Or your soul sister, your moon-loving bestie, the woman who talks you through your spirals and reminds you who the hell you are….give her a little love back 🤲🏻❤️

🎁An e-gift card to The Gaia Den is an invitation to carve out time for herself, follow what calls to her, and receive for a change.

💞A birthday blessing, a heartfelt thank-you, or a little “I love doing this strange, beautiful life with you.” No occasion necessary. ✨

📌Classes, special events like sound healings & cacao circles….services like Tarot, Astrology, retail or curated goodie boxes: whatever her deserving soul needs, your gift to her will make sure she has it.

And if you’re the one needing the love…well….share the post and drop the mortals a hint 😉

🤔💭And here I thought I was giving y’all a new way to grab massive amounts of goodies and services with the Treasure Troves…and to take out the “keeping your fingers crossed” guessing with raffles.

But I woke up to almost a dozen messages asking if I’d raffle any of the Troves as well/instead:
Dang y’all love making me work.
It’s ok, I love ya 😂❤️and you know I try to accommodate and make everything accessible.

👹Sooooo, ask and your little wild hearts do receive…
