💔 Our hearts are with the City of Streator and all those affected by last night’s devastating tornado. We’re keeping every family, first responder, and neighbor in our thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.
If you’re looking to help, here are some ongoing relief efforts in the community:
👉 Streator Home Savings Bank (132 S. Monroe St.) Collecting non-perishable food and essential items for the Streatorland Community Food Pantry
👉 World of Bounce, LLC + Woodland CUSD #5 hosting a free bounce house event noon to 5 p.m. Sunday to accept donations, including food, hygiene/personal care items and clothing. Sparrow's Nest Farm will be providing a petting zoo.
👉 Zoila’s Coffee Roastery (601 E. Main St.) Free drip coffee for first responders
👉 Streator Elks #591 (202 N. Park St.) Accepting water, clothing, and snacks (use bowling alley entrance on Hickory, elevator to 2nd floor; Anyone in need of anything, pickup will be available after noon.
👉 Star Ford Inc. (2310 N. Bloomington St.) Accepting food, clothing, and monetary donations
👉 W Social Club (224 W. Main St., Ottawa) Donation collection for Streator tornado relief
👉 Al’s Place (1603 N. Bloomington St.) Offering free meals to those affected
👉 3:16 Restored LLC Free chainsaw sharpening services for cleanup efforts
