Mimi is a mother and caregiver, caring for her adult son diagnosed with schizophrenia, who is a resilient pillar for her family. Jessica is a daughter and a caregiver, and was in her mid-20s and at the start of her career when she began caring for her mother with dementia. We brought them together to sit down and discuss their caregiving experience and how it has impacted their own mental health journey.
