As a small gesture of gratitude, Jamie will be offering free chair massages for emergency personnel today til 5 PM at Aligned & Alchemy Collective.

Firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, law enforcement, dispatchers, and other emergency personnel are welcome to stop in for a few moments of care. Thank you for everything you do for our community. 🤍

✨ OUR FINAL GRAND OPENING SPOTLIGHT ✨

Hi, I’m Chaney—the founder and practitioner behind Aligned & Alchemy Wellness and Collective. 🤍

Truthfully, writing my own spotlight feels a little uncomfortable. I’m much more accustomed to holding space for others than talking about myself. But this business carries so much of my story, my heart, and my healing that it feels important to share why I created it.

Aligned & Alchemy wasn’t born from a perfectly polished plan or because I had everything figured out. It grew through my own experiences with motherhood, loss, health challenges, change, growth, and rebuilding.

I know what it feels like to hold everything together for everyone else while quietly needing somewhere to exhale, too.

That is the heart behind this space.

I wanted to create something warm, real, unhurried, and deeply personal—a place where you aren’t treated like another appointment on the schedule. A place where you can arrive exactly as you are and feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

My work brings together therapeutic massage, energy healing, hypnotherapy, integrative healing arts, and transformational coaching. But underneath every service is the same intention: helping people reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, remember their inner strength, and find their way back to themselves.

Building Aligned & Alchemy has stretched, humbled, challenged, and transformed me. There have been beautiful moments and incredibly difficult ones. There have been times when I questioned how everything would come together—but I kept returning to the vision and trusting the next step.

Although I may have founded this space, I did not build it alone.

It exists because of the practitioners and creators who believed in the vision, the people who helped bring it to life, the friends and family who encouraged me, and every client who trusted me with their healing and continued growing alongside me.

What began as an idea has become a community, and I am more grateful than I can put into words.
