Integra was excited to host our first orthopaedic trauma course in Chicago. Guided by expert faculty — Dr. James Blair, Dr. Jana Davis, Dr. Ryan Garcia, and Dr. Paul Matuszewski — this course combined focused didactic lectures, complex case discussions, and a hands-on cadaveric lab to explore current reconstructive techniques and surgical decision-making for lower extremity reconstruction.

Participants strengthened their understanding of flap techniques while gaining valuable insight into Integra’s reconstructive technologies and where these solutions can support soft tissue coverage across complex clinical scenarios.

We were proud to host one of our national courses on May 16 in Austin, Texas, bringing together podiatric surgeons for a dynamic, hands-on cadaveric dissection experience focused on advancing surgical education and collaboration.

Guided by expert faculty, Dr. Said Azoury, Dr. Paul Deramo, Dr. Stephanie Oexeman, and Dr. John Lantis, the course centered on enhancing knowledge and techniques in foot and ankle soft tissue reconstruction.

Attendees had the opportunity to strengthen their understanding of flap selection and surgical decision-making, explore a variety of reconstructive flap techniques, and discuss alternative strategies for wound closure and grafting applications.

He has more than 30 years of experience in medical technology and deep familiarity with Integra, previously serving as CEO and president. Under his leadership, quality, compliance, operational resilience, and the transformation of the organization remain the company's key priorities, while accelerating its commercial strategy and ex*****on.

Michael McBreen has been appointed to chief commercial officer, further strengthening our commercial leadership as we advance our global strategy and support patients, surgeons, and healthcare partners worldwide.
