At Integra LifeSciences, our purpose is simple: restoring lives.

It’s behind everything we do, and it guides how we show up every day—from advancing transformational care and delivering impactful innovation to working together to make a meaningful difference for patients and the clinicians who care for them.

Our values put that purpose into action: Innovate for outcomes. Collaborate to win. Live quality. Champion our people. Be accountable.

Together, these principles shape how we work, how we partner, and how we move healthcare forward.

This Hydrocephalus Awareness Month, we're sharing Jill's inspiring story.

What began as difficulty walking and maintaining balance was diagnosed as idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH), a potentially treatable condition. Today, Jill is living independently, staying active and enjoying life on her own terms.

At Integra, we are committed to advancing transformational care and enriching life moments. Jill's story highlights the difference that awareness, diagnosis and treatment can make in helping people regain independence and return to the activities they love.

Today, on Women's Equality Day, we recognize the ongoing journey toward gender equity and celebrate the contributions of women across our organization, our industry, and our communities.

Women's Equality Day commemorates the adoption of the 19th Amendment in the United States, granting many women the right to vote and marking an important milestone in the pursuit of equality. While we celebrate progress, we also acknowledge the work that remains to create workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to grow, lead, and succeed.

At Integra LifeSciences, we are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued and where women are empowered to develop, lead, and make a meaningful impact. Through the Women of Integra Network (WIN), we continue to support connection, mentorship, development, and advocacy across our global organization.

Today, and every day, we celebrate the achievements of women and reaffirm our commitment to creating opportunities for future generations.

The WALK to End Hydrocephalus is more than a community event: It's an investment in the future. Funds raised support groundbreaking hydrocephalus research, educational resources for patients and caregivers, and advocacy efforts that help improve care nationwide.

Since 2009, the Hydrocephalus Association has committed upwards of $17 million to research, making it the largest nonprofit, non-governmental funder of hydrocephalus research in the United States.

We're honored to stand alongside the hydrocephalus community in helping advance meaningful progress.

For many older adults, changes in walking, bladder control or cognition are often dismissed as "just getting older." But they could be signs of idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH)—a treatable neurological condition that too often goes undiagnosed.

This patient story is a powerful reminder of what's possible with the right diagnosis and treatment. After years of gradually losing mobility, confidence and independence, shunt surgery helped this 71-year-old get back to traveling, exercising, playing guitar and enjoying retirement again.

Her experience also highlights an important message: awareness matters. Early diagnosis can make a meaningful difference, helping patients regain function and improve quality of life before permanent damage occurs. We're grateful she shared her journey and to the clinicians and advocates working to increase recognition of iNPH.

This , we're reminded that behind every innovation is a patient, family and story of hope.

For Jeff, senior vice president and principal accounting officer at , neurosurgery is deeply personal. His wife Amy, a mother of nine and grandmother of four, endured severe migraines, pain, vision disturbances, and arm symptoms before being diagnosed with Chiari Malformation Type I.

Determined to return to her family and the life she loved, Amy underwent neurosurgery. During her procedure, products including DuraSeal® Dural Sealant System and DuraGen® Dural Graft Matrix were used as part of her care.

Today, she's thriving and keeping up with her grandchildren! Hear about her inspiring journey and the impact neurosurgical care can have on patients and their loved ones.
