Asahi Nordic and Modern Nordic walking have been featured on the Blue Cross-Blue Shield Wellness Show several times with Cindy Bjorkquist and Marissa Jarrett On the Michigan Blue Cross-Blue Shield Monday Senior Website there are several free Asahi videos demonstrating Asahi seated and standing.

Now the hosts Cindy and Marissa are holding this webinar. Our health and happiness is very dependent on our relationships with nature and the people around us. One way to spread kindness is to introduce someone to Asahi Nordic! This is a webinar definitely worth watching:

B-level Asahi teacher Margaret Hilton is originally from Marquette, MI, but has lived in Bethesda, MD, for a long time. Her neighbors have been attending her Saturday morning outdoor Asahi class for more than two years now! Head trainer from Finland, Margaret Vainio, was visiting the group today… !

ASAHI instructor Margaret Hilton held an Intro to Asahi class at the local library in Bethesda, MD, Jan 3. Ask your local library about hosting a similar event! Asahi classes are held in libraries in several places around the country: Mellen, WI, Riverside, IL, Sheboygan, WI… So thankful for this cooperation!
