I have been noticing a theme where so many women feel like they are not enough.
I think many women are taught by society that they have to do it all, do it perfectly, and do it while walking backwards and in high heels.
What if we could step into our own innate worthiness?
Brené Brown talks about how the only difference between people that have self-worthiness and those that do not is they BELIEVE that they are worthy. Wow.
How can you start to believe in your own worthiness?
This, dear one, is the adventure of a lifetime. It is the journey back to yourself.
I usually suggest starting with a mirror challenge from Louise Hay.
For 30 days, every time you see yourself in the mirror, look deep into your eyes and say, “I love you.”
At first it will feel strange. It may bring up emotional challenges, which you can lovingly acknowledge and process, but continue with this exercise for the full 30 days and see how your life will change.
Another tip I like to recommend is using the power of essential oils and aromatherapy to support yourself emotionally. If you are ready to take charge of your emotional health, essential oils are a powerful tool for emotional healing and support.
Bergamot is the oil of self-acceptance.
It relieves feelings of despair, self-judgement, and low self-esteem. It supports self-love and seeing life with more optimism. How beautiful is that?! It is a fantastic oil to diffuse, wear as perfume, or put over your heart to support yourself throughout the day.
It is a citrus oil, which is photosensitive, so do not apply to an area of exposed skin and then go out in direct sunlight. Safety first. 😎⚠️
So, if you have Bergamot already, take it out, apply a drop or two in your hands. Rub them together, then and cup your hands over your nose, breathe in deeply, and say out loud or to yourself, “I am enough, right here, right now, just as I am.”
Take amazing care of yourself today and everyday. You are worthy. You are enough.
