After a boat, 3 planes, 4 taxis and an hour car ride, I made it home safe and sound. I want to offer a special thanks to my friends that reached out while I was sick abroad and the couple of moms that made it a point to check in. Also to my new friends in CR that insisted I let them know when I was home safe. It’s comforting to know I have people in my corner no matter how far I roam. Thanks for all the love and bearing with me when I wasn’t my best.

All in all it was a great trip!! And I’m very much looking forward to what the next decade brings.

These are my absolute favorite texts to wake up to. This student suffers from chronic pain. He has aches & pains that never really go away and some that crop up over night. He wasn’t feeling great when I arrived at his house yesterday. Glad to hear targeted movements customized for him brought him comfort and ease.
