🧡 Giving back together!

Our team had an incredible and inspiring day volunteering with Breaking Bread. Together, we helped assemble grocery bags for neighbors in our community who need a helping hand.

At Health First, we believe supporting our local community is just as important as the work we do every day. A huge thank you to the Breaking Bread team for their dedication and to our staff for bringing their big hearts and energy! 🍲🛍️

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and National Mammography Day is an important reminder to prioritize your health and stay up to date on recommended breast cancer screenings.

💕 Early detection can save lives! When breast cancer is detected at a localized stage, the 5-year relative survival rate is 99%. Mammograms play a vital role in detecting breast cancer early, sometimes before symptoms appear.

Health First is proud to announce the expansion of our Behavioral Health Department! 💙

We are excited to welcome Alexis Sosh, MSN, PMHNP-BC, to our care team at our Owensboro location.

Alexis earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana and is board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

We’re thrilled to have Alexis join Health First as we continue to expand access to quality behavioral health services for the communities we serve!
