This week, we invite you to meet Katelyn Laroche, Assistant Administrator and an integral part of our incredible team.

With 11 years of experience and a true passion for helping others, Katelyn brings our core values to life in all that she does for our residents and staff.

Katelyn began her career in long-term care as a CNA, where she discovered her passion for caring for residents and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to professional growth, she advanced in the field and has proudly served as a Nursing Home Administrator for more than two years. Today, she continues to make an impact as Assistant Administrator at Elmhurst Rehab.

Katelyn is grateful to work in a profession that allows her to positively impact residents, families, and staff each day. Her leadership, compassion, and commitment to excellence help foster a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone in our community.
