Most of us spend our days moving from one thing to the next.

I don’t believe deep relaxation is simply a luxury.

I believe many of us are carrying more stress, stimulation, and tension than we even realize.

We’ve become so used to constantly doing, rushing, multitasking, and moving from one thing to the next that feeling “on” all the time starts to feel normal.

As a holistic esthetician and spa owner, one thing I’ve noticed over the years is that while guests often come in hoping for glowing skin, relief from tension, or self-care, they often leave deeply relaxed, talking about something else:
"I didn’t realize how much I needed that."

During moments of true relaxation, something deeper begins happening beneath the surface:

- Breathing deepens
