August 31st is International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD). This day is a time to honor the lives and memories of our family, friends, and community members whom we have lost to overdose. It is also an opportunity to recognize the continued need for overdose awareness and prevention, and to renew our commitment to working every day to end overdose.
