Are you a Superhero?
Join Us for the return of The Meeting Street | Schwartz School Superhero Walk, Roll & 5K! Put on your sneakers and join us for a fun-filled day of fitness, family, and community support. Sponsored by Cardi's Furniture & Mattresses.
Both the race and walk will begin and end in front of the Fort Taber Community Center. Walk participants will enjoy a route within the Fort perimeter, while runners will follow a certified 5K course through the local community.
In addition to the walk and race, there will be refreshments, family-friendly activities, and plenty of superhero fun for all ages.

Meeting Street is hiring a full-time Facilities Team Member to help keep our Providence, Dartmouth, and New Bedford locations running. You'll handle general maintenance and repairs across our buildings, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, carpentry, pool upkeep, and more.
We're looking for someone with hands-on facilities maintenance experience and solid mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, plus a valid driver's license. School maintenance experience is a plus. This role is Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, with some overtime for special events.

18 toddlers completed our Early Head Start program and we couldn't be prouder of how far they've come. Watching them graduate and move into their next chapter is what this work is all about.

Early Head Start supports families from pregnancy through age 3 with home-visiting services, bilingual support, and connections to community resources. We start before baby arrives and stay with you through your child's third birthday.

Summer might be winding down, but our staff hit the gas on fun today! The 12th Annual Meeting Street 500 turned our Providence campus into a playground speedway as teams raced for bragging rights, laughs, and plenty of ice cream at the finish line.
It’s one of our favorite traditions to bring staff together and celebrate the spirit of Meeting Street.
