Hot flashes during summer feel like your body is fighting the weather and your hormones at the same time 😭☀️

So here are a few little things that made mine feel a little more manageable:
light fabrics, cold drinks, portable fans, cooler nights… and honestly, giving myself more grace.

Because menopause isn’t something women should have to suffer through silently 🤍
