✨ What an incredible first day at Spirit Fair! ✨

My heart is very full tonight.

I had the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people today—some familiar faces and so many new ones—and each experience was beautifully its own. 💜

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, shared a little piece of themselves with me, or trusted me to guide them through a Meet Your Spirit Guide experience. Days like today remind me exactly why I love doing this.

And the best part?

We get to do it all again tomorrow. ✨

Okay, you’ve been watching these posts all week. 😂

Maybe you’ve thought…

💜 That sounds really cool.
💜 I wonder what I’d experience.
💜 I don’t know if I could do it.
💜 Or even… Yeahhhh, I’m not sure about this Spirit Guide stuff. 😂

Fair enough.

But here’s the thing…

Worst case?
You close your eyes, relax for a little while and experience something different.

Best case?

Wellllll…

THAT’S where it gets interesting. 😉✨

You might see something.
Feel something.
Know something.
Remember something.

You might laugh.

You might cry.

You might leave wondering where in the world that came from.

Or you might simply walk away feeling a little lighter than when you sat down.

I never know exactly where a session is going to go.

And that’s kind of my favorite part. 💜

What if you don’t believe in Spirit Guides?

That’s okay. Really. 💜

You don’t have to arrive believing anything.

You can be spiritual.
You can be skeptical.
Or you can be somewhere smack dab in the middle thinking, “I have absolutely no idea what I believe…but I’m curious.”

Curious is enough.

I’m not going to tell you what you’re supposed to experience or who you’re supposed to meet.

I’ll simply guide you through the experience and give you the space to notice whatever comes naturally to you.

Maybe it’s profound.
Maybe it’s emotional.
Maybe it’s peaceful.
Maybe it’s unexpected.
Maybe it simply leaves you wondering, “Okay…where did THAT come from?” 😂

You get to decide what your experience means to you.

No belief required.

Just bring your curiosity. 💜✨

“But what if I can’t see anything?”

You might be surprised how often I hear some version of that. 💜

You don’t have to be psychic.
You don’t have to meditate every day.
You don’t have to know how to “do” this.

And you definitely don’t have to force anything to happen.

During a Meet Your Spirit Guide session, I simply guide you through the experience and let your experience unfold in whatever way it does.

Some people see.

Some feel.

Some just know.

Some are surprised by what comes to them.

And sometimes the person who starts by telling me,
“I’m probably not going to be able to do this…”

ends up having the most beautiful experience. ✨

So if curiosity has been tugging at you but you’ve been thinking, “I don’t know if I can…”

Sometimes a session goes exactly where you expect it to.

And sometimes… it doesn’t. 💜

Lately, I’ve noticed something beautiful happening in quite a few of my Meet Your Spirit Guide sessions.

Someone who is deeply missed finds their way into the experience.

A familiar presence.
A memory.
A message.
A moment of reassurance or closure that wasn’t expected.

Is that what will happen in your session? I can’t promise that — and I wouldn’t want to.

Every experience is different.

But I have learned not to put expectations around what a Meet Your Spirit Guide session should be.

Sometimes the connection you receive isn’t the one you came looking for, but it may be the one your heart needed. 💜
